Summary
openadapt quickstartWhy
The prior user quickstart bypassed the canonical launcher and ended in a Demo-profile replay. The canonical launcher now owns the verified local first-run path.
Impact
Tray remains an Experimental supporting surface. The separate workflow example now ends in a verified synthetic tutorial result without adding a production-readiness claim.
